Franck Kessie was a key part of an AC Milan team that won the Scudetto last season, but the 25-year-old has suffered from a lack of game time at Barcelona.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie is being targeted by Premier League side Tottenham.
Kessie has struggled for game time this season, and has played just 485 minutes across 13 games for Barca (with 5 starts) and has scored one goal for the Blaugrana.
Despite being a long-time target of Tottenham, Kessie is also attracting interest from other sides, including Inter Milan, Aston Villa and Fulham.
However, reports have it that Barcelona have told Kessie’s agents that they have no intention of letting him leave in the January transfer window, and an exit may only be permitted during the summer.
The competition in midfield is tough, with Kessie having to compete with several midfield stars like Sergio Busquets, Frenkie de Jong, Gavi and Pedri.
