Pedri has sent a message to Lamine Yamal who’s set to return from injury.

Lamine Yamal has been out for nearly a month due an ankle injury.

The Barcelona winger is set to return to action this weekend against Las Palmas, but Pedri has warned that he shouldn’t be rushed.

“Let Lamine not be in a hurry, the worst thing is to relapse and I know what I’m talking about,” Pedri warned after Barca beat Brest 3-0.

Pedri is speaking from experience, having suffered multiple injury problems in his young career.

The Spain international has however moved past his injury problems, and has picked back form.

He was brilliant against Brest, where he had the most dribbles (4), most fouls won (5), and most ground duels won (12) against.

“I feel more comfortable in a position that’s a little bit deeper. Sometimes we rush, we need to take more breaks and I try to help with that,” Pedri said after the game.
