Barcelona bounced back back from the Celta Vigo slump to beat Brest 3-0 in the Champions League.

Hansi Flick was pleased with his side’s reaction, and particularly reserved praise for three players.

Hansi Flick praised Gerard Martin, saying the youngster “performed well”.

Flick added that “It was important for Martin to play again” after a shaky outing against Celta Vigo at the weekend where he almost got sent off.

Hansi Flick also praised Pedri and Marc Casado.

“Pedri and Casado don’t surprise me, I see them training every day, they are very good. Pedri is unbelievable with the ball, I’m very happy with the midfield I have,” Flick said.

Barcelona host Las Palmas in the La Liga on Saturday.
