Barcelona seem a more formidable team under Hansi Flick than former boss Xavi Hernandez.

Nevertheless, Xavi did a good job at Barcelona after replacing Ronald Koeman.

Pedri has come out to say that Hansi Flick’s training method is much better than that of Xavi, and suits him personally.

“The training sessions now are different compared to last season. I don’t mean we didn’t train hard under Xavi, that’s a lie. We just simply train in a different now, and the current way suits me well personally. I love this way of training,” Pedri told Barca One after Barcelona beat Brest 3-0 in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League.

This is not the first time Pedri has praised Hansi Flick and his coaching staff for introducing new training routine, which he believes is better than what they experienced last season.
