Barcelona started their Champions League campaign with a 1-0 defeat to Monaco.

Barcelona played with a man less, after Eric Garcia’s 10th-minute red card left Barca with a hard job away at Monaco.

Lamine Yamal had equalised for Barca in the first-half, but Monaco won the game with a 71st-minute winner.

Barca forward Raphinha, believes there are some positives to take from the defeat.

“Despite the loss, I think we can still make positive conclusions. We’re a good team and we can suffer,” Raphinha after the defeat.

“We did everything we could to win, even if we had a player less. That’s the important part.”
