A coach of La Torreta, Inocente Diaz, has claimed that Lamine Yamal is a better player than France superstar Kylian Mbappe.

At 17, Lamine Yamal is already a force in Europe and a key player for Barcelona.

Speaking to the media, Diaz said Lamine Yamal is already doing better than Lionel Messi at that age and currently better than Kylian Mbappe.

“Mbappe will have to fight to surpass him. Lamine is better than Mbappe,” Inocente Diaz said.

“The Frenchman has a lot of publicity because he will sign for Real Madrid, but the future lies in Lamine Yamal.

“In six years Lamine will win the Ballon d’Or. He is better than Messi. He has more conditions.

“Lamine is a mixture of Messi and Cristiano. It is not easy to do what he has done at 16 years old. This Barca is not like other years.”
