FC Barcelona have announced Hansi Flick as the new head coach of the men’s first team.

Hansi Flick has signed a three-year contract until June 30, 2026.

Flick, known for his high pressing and intense style, has had significant success, including winning a treble with Bayern Munich and leading Germany to World Cup victory in 2014.

His appointment is seen as a strategic move to bring his expertise and winning mentality to Barcelona.

Flick is expected to bring a new era at Barcelona, after the two-and-a-half-year spell of Xavi.
