When not in form, Felix is also often criticised by the media, and this also happened during his loan spell at Chelsea.

Joao Felix had lost his place in Xavi’s starting XI, but is now starting to find form again.

The Portugal star was on target as a substitute, after coming on in the 4-2 win over Real Betis.

He has now admitted that he’s used to people talking about him.

“I’m used to people talking about me when I play and when I don’t play. Someone always says something, but I don’t care,” Joao Felix told the media after scoring against Real Betis.

“I have confidence in myself and when I play, I try to do my best. After so many years, I know it’s better not to see or listen to anything.”
