Xavi has wished Barcelona well ahead of 2024.
Barcelona was founded on 29 November 1899, and the club will be 125 years old in 2024.
Xavi has revealed his 2024 wishes for his beloved club: “My wish for 2024 and the 125th anniversary of the club’s founding is health, peace and sporting successes for the entire club, especially in football.
“I hope we work for that. On the sporting level, we want to achieve as many titles as possible. It is true that we had a good year last year, but of course the goals for this year still stand. I ask that 2024 be at least as good as 2023.”
Barcelona won the La Liga and a record 14th Supercopa de Espana, last season. This season has looked shaky, but there’s still hope it can turn around and end on a high, when we resume the second half of the season.
