Former Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie has said he now misses Barcelona, few months after departing the club.
Barcelona sold Kessie to Al Ahli this summer for €12.5m, having arrived on a free transfer a season earlier.
The Ivorian has now revealed he misses Barcelona.
“I really have very good memories of my time at Barca,” Franck Kessie told e-Noticies.
“I won two titles in my first year: the Super Cup and the League. I have very good memories of the city, the coaching staff and the great players with whom I had the opportunity to play in Barcelona.
“I miss the support of the fans Barca fans. Playing in a stadium like Camp Nou, which is a stadium with 100,000 seats… I think there are not many like that in Europe. So of course, obviously I miss the ‘warmth’ of the Camp Nou.
“I try to give Barcelona all my support from afar. I follow every game of the Barça and I give them my support too.”
