Barcelona identify 12 players to replace Robert Lewandowski

According to media outlet Diario Sport via ESPN, Barcelona have identified 12 players to replace Robert Lewandowski at the club.

27 year old Manchester United forward Anthony Martial has been identified as a possible replacement for Lewandowski despite the Frenchman struggling to make an impact for the Red Devils this season, playing just 221 Premier League minutes without a goal this term.

Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, 24, has also been identified as a possible replacement for Lewandowski. The Nigerian international has continued his brilliant form this season by recording six goals in eight Serie A appearances.

The other players on the list are 18 year old Borussia Dortmund striker Youssoufa Moukoko, 22 year old Feyenoord striker Santiago Giménez who has scored 15 goals already this season and 26 year old Girona striker Artem Dovbyk, who has scored five LaLiga goals and provided two assists since joining the high-flying Girona.

31 year old Porto striker Mehdi Taremi, 23 year old Juventus striker Moise Kean, 27 year old Aston Villa Ollie Watkins, 19 year old Brighton striker Evan Ferguson, and 23 year old Lille striker Jonathan David.

There is Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface, 22, who has scored 10 times this term and Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy, 27, who has been even more prolific in the Bundesliga with 15 goals this season.
