It was a dream Barcelona debut for 17-year-old striker Marc Guiu.
The teenage striker who is part of the Barcelona U19, was only recently called up to the first team amid Robert Lewandowski’s injury.
In his first appearance for the club, Guiu scored the winner as Barcelona defeated Athletic Bilbao 1-0.
The goal was scored just a minute after his 78th minute introduction.
The youngster couldn’t believe it.
“I can’t believe it, I’m out of breath. I’m enjoying the moment. I’ve been working my whole life for this opportunity and it turned out perfect,” Marc Guiu told the media after the game.
“La Masia works, and a lot. I haven’t looked at my phone yet, I know I won’t sleep tonight.
“To the players of La Masia I say keep working, we are all so excited to get to this point.”
