Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez has said that Barcelona is the most difficult club to manage.

Xavi says the standards demanded at the club can sometimes be unrealistic, as everything is almost wanted at perfection.

“The Barça environment has a great capacity to undervalue everything,” Xavi said.

“A player who is an 8 (out of 10) is a 6, a player who is a 10 is an 8. Barça players have to be very strong mentally. In other clubs, this doesn’t happen. You feel it with the players when you talk to them.”

“Frenkie is one of the best midfielders in the world. And you see it on a day-to-day basis,” said Xavi, who also spent many years playing at the club.

“I know where I am. This is the most demanding club in the world. Anyone who says otherwise has never been here. You have to win, play well and everything has to be perfect. There is no other club like this and anyone who says otherwise has never been at Barça…”
