Barcelona fall behind to third

Barcelona enter the international break in third place, after failing to secure the win against Granada.

The Blaugrana conceded the fastest goal in the club’s La Liga history.

It took Bryan Zaragoza 17 seconds to take advantage of Barcelona’s sloppiness to score for the home team.

Zaragoza doubled the home team’s lead, as he scored for the hosts in the 29th minute.

In what was a poor first-half display, Lamine Yamal capitalised on a mix-up at the back to score the first for Barca just before the break – in what has become the record for the youngest player to score in the La Liga.

Barcelona started the second-half strongly, but it took the 85th minute for the leveller to come from, courtesy of the captain Sergi Roberto.

Joao Felix had a goal ruled out for offside in the 94th minute, in what should have been the winner.

At the end, both sides shared the points.

Barca head into the international break third in the league, three points behind leaders Real Madrid, and a point behind Girona who are third.
