Sevilla board slammed for not attending Barca match over Negreira case

Barcelona were away to Sevilla on Friday night, and won the tie 1-0, courtesy of a late Sergio Ramos own goal.

Surprisingly, Sevilla’s board refused to attend their clash at Barcelona in protest against the Catalans’ Negreira Case charges.

Barcelona say they have cut off all ties with Sevilla, in response to their act.

Former Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido has slammed his old club for their what they did on Friday night.

According to Nido, Barcelona haven’t been proven guilty yet.

Del Nido stated: “Demagogy has no place in a rule of law.

“As long as a firm sentence does not say otherwise, Barça is innocent.”
