Xavi has admitted that the game against Sevilla was very difficult.

Sevilla made it tough for Barcelona, and their backline was well defended.

At the end, it had to take a Sergio Ramos own goal for Barcelona to get the win.

Xavi has however pleased with his side’s display.

“We’ve suffered too much [against Sevilla], in my opinion,” Xavi told the media after the match.

“We played well, we attacked well, but we weren’t effective.

“I’m satisfied with the match anyway. Sevilla are good defensively, but we managed to dominate the game and create chances.

“We were struggling, but it’s football. Sevilla are a good team.”
