It was a bitter point for Xavi Hernandez, as Barcelona played out a 2-2 draw with RCD Mallorca.

Barca came from behind twice to earn a draw against a spirited Mallorca side.

Speaking after the game, Xavi praised substitutes Lamine Yamal and Fermine Lopez who both impacted the game after coming on.

“Lamine Yamal played very well, he understood Raphinha’s role on the pitch very well,” Xavi said.

“Fermín Lopez and Lamine Yamal are very young. We have to take care of them, and not burn them.”

Xavi also revealed some positive from the team’s performance.

“We created chances against a defence of 5. Against Celta, we scored 3 goals. And today, 2. I don’t think it’s an offensive problem, quite the contrary,” Xavi told the media.
