Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez tried to convince Ousmane Dembele to remain at the club during the summer.
However, the Frenchman decided to leave Barcelona to join French champions, Paris Saint-Germain.
Xavi was at first disappointed to lose Dembele who was a key player last season, but he’s now happy that the Frenchman left the club.
With Lamine Yamal coming through, as well as the newfound form of Ferran Torres, with the presence of Raphinha, Barca have enough players to replace Dembele.
“Dembele’s departure? We have found solutions with Rapha, Lamine, or Ferran,” Xavi told the media when asked of Ousmane Dembele.
“Sometimes when one player leaves, another one appears, and we’re delighted with what we have.”
