It was an extraordinary night at the Estadio Olimpico, as Barcelona came from two goals down to win the tie 3-2.
Barcelona scored three goals in the last ten minutes of the game, to spark an extraordinary comeback.
Robert Lewandowski scored a brace and Joao Cancelo scored the winner.
However, it was Gavi that got the praise of his manager.
Gavi, who came on in the first half, put up an inspiring performance, with a fabulous assist for Joao Cancelo in the final minutes of the game.
“If we have to personify the comeback in someone, it would be Gavi,” Xavi told the media after Barca’s 3-2 win against Celta Vigo in La Liga.
“But this was a team effort. The [Celta] goal in the 80th minute [it was actually in 76th] was a hammer blow – normally Barca don’t come back from that.”
Not Gavi but Raffinha, his chemistry with Lewa and Cancelo brought new life into the game, otherwise we had a very boring clueless first half, maybe Xavi should never consider starting such 1st XI
The game is good for us in Liberia
I am Barcelona fan.
Please make use of best team early.
Congratulation
