Celta Vigo winger Carles Perez is looking forward to their clash against Barcelona.

The 25-year-old right winger has said that his side isn’t afraid of facing Barça who have won their last two games with a convincing 5-0 scoreline.

Speaking ahead of Celta Vigo’s clash against his former club, Perez told SPORT: “[We are] not afraid, we know who we are facing, they have a lot of quality, very good soccer players. It’s Barça, what am I going to say?

“You have to go with your head, know how to play the game, and take advantage of the opportunities.”

The former Barca youth product was asked about the current Barcelona squad.

He responded: “If I’m honest with you, I don’t follow them much… of course, Joao Félix and Cancelo give the team another rhythm. And the results say a lot.”
