Lionel Messi spent almost his entire career at Barcelona before departing for PSG in 2021.

The Barca legend has showed off his tattoo of the Barca crest on his left foot for the first time.

Messi got the tattoo just after leaving Barca for PSG in 2021, and he has explained why.

According to Messi, Barca is the club of his life and made him who he is.

He told Olgaenvivo in an interview: “My Barça tattoo? Look, I got this tattoo to show my love for the club that made me who I am.”

Back in June, Barca fans chanted Messi’s name, and it made him extremely happy.

Messi had said: “Even though I wasn’t there, they were chanting my name. … It was a little strange, but it made great sense. I spent many years there and so did my kids. I have a deep relationship with Barcelona.”
