Barcelona showed no mercy as the Blaugrana defeated Real Betis 5-0 on Saturday night.

It was a top class performance from the team, with five different players getting on the scoresheet.

However, Xavi has said it wasn’t a perfect performance, and has called for improvement for his team.

“It’s impossible to call this [the 5-0 win against Real Betis] a perfect match,” Xavi told LaLiga TV.

“We need to improve in several aspects, especially at defending.

“But yes, we’ve played an excellent match on all levels and I am satisfied with the performance of my players and the way they enjoyed the match.”
