Barcelona midfielder Ilkay Gundogan sustained an injury during the international break with Germany.
Reports had claimed that Gundogan suffered a hamstring injury after falling badly while with the German team.
The Barcelona summer signing has since returned to Barcelona to be examined by the club’s medical team.
Gundogan was spotted leaving pitch in tears after suffering a hamstring injury during a friendly, which led to fears that he may be out for a long time.
Thankfully, it wasn’t anything serious, and the 33-year-old is now back in training.
Gundogan is expected to feature against Real Betis this weekend – Saturday (17 September).
