Lamine Yamal breaks another record as he scores for Spain

Lamine Yamal has continued his fine form as he scored for the Spain national team in the Euro qualifiers against Georgia.

Yamal came on as a substitute late in the first half against Georgia, as he replaced Dani Olmo.

Yamal would score the 7th goal for Spain in the 7-1 victory.

Yamal broke a record in the process, as he became the youngest player to score in a European Championship qualifier: 16 years and 57 days, achieved against Georgia, thus beating Gareth Bale’s record of 17 years and 83 days. He’s also the youngest player to score for Spain.
