Barcelona have confirmed that Sergino Dest has officially joined PSV on loan until the end of next season.

Barcelona will pay 50% of the player’s salary, and the Dutch side have a €10m buyout option in the deal.

PSV star and former Barcelona player Luuk de Jong has sent a welcome message to Dest.

“We will take good care of him ????????❤️” Luuk de Jong tweeted in reply to Barcelona’s announcement of Sergino Dest’s loan move to PSV.

De Jong made 19 appearances alongside Sergino Dest at Barcelona.

Since leaving Barcelona last summer, Luuk de Jong has scored 22 goals and provided 12 assists in 44 appearances for PSV, also winning the domestic cup competition.
