In previous press conferences, Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has been in-between as to whether Barcelona will keep Ansu Fati or sell the young forward.

Reports claimed that although Fati wants to stay at Barcelona, he was however unhappy with the manner Xavi has spoken about him, following his comments which weren’t assuring.

Speaking in his recent press conference, Xavi however insisted that Ansu Fati is one of the most important players at Barca and isn’t available for sale.

According to Xavi, Fati is the present and future of Barcelona.

Xavi said: “I already said that Ansu is the club’s heritage. He is an important player and he will continue to be so. He’s present and future.”
