Barcelona started the season with a goalless draw with Getafe away from home.
The game was marred with a lot of controversial refereeing decisions, with Xavi frustrated after full time.
However, Getafe head coach Jose Bordalas slammed Xavi after the game.
“Xavi’s words don’t help La Liga. It’s the way of justifying not winning all the three points,” Jose Bordalas told the media.
“The most violent play of the game was committed by a Barcelona player. It would never occur to me to justify a defeat or a draw for my team based on the way the opposition played.”
Jose Bordalas can only be hypocritical with his statement, as it favoured his team.
