According to reports, former Barcelona star Neymar, has asked to leave PSG.

According to L’Equipe, the Brazilian on Sunday, announced to the PSG board of directors his desire to leave PSG.

The 31-year-old has four years left on his contract with PSG,  and earns a whopping 30 million euros gross per season.

“Neymar is determined to return to Barcelona six years after leaving,” ‘L’Equipe wrote.

L’Equipe reports that Neymar is keen on joining Barcelona, but MARCA claims Xavi does not see him fitting into his squad. Xavi would rather prefer the arrival of Bernardo Silva from Manchester City.

Xavi, played alongside Neymar towards the end of his playing career at Barcelona, and thinks Neymar will disrupt the atmosphere in the dressing room.
