Brazilian super agent Andre Cury has claimed that the €500m release clause placed on Barcelona new signing Vitor Roque is quite poor.

Barcelona sealed a deal for the young forward last month, and he has a release clause of €500m.

In an interview with Diario AS, Cury joked that the clause could easily be triggered by a Saudi Arabian side.

When asked about his client’s release clause at Barcelona, he said in the interview with AS: “…€500 million, better than Neymar’s (€222 million release). I would put 1 €billion in it.

“Today €500 is nothing. One of these Arabs could come along and pay without hesitation. Goodbye (laughs).”
