Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona, and have reportedly triggered the Frenchman’s release clause.

Dembele had promised Xavi that he’d remain at the club, but now seems to be heading to PSG.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Xavi has made one last ditch attempt to stop the French forward from going to Paris.

Xavi has told Dembele to think about Neymar who went to PSG for money, but has seen his career drop ever since that move.

Some reports claim that the Brazilian even wants to return to Barcelona.

PSG paid a world record €222 million (£189.99m/$243.71) back in 2017, and despite Neymar’s return of 118 goals and 77 assists in 173 appearances, the Brazilian’s stock has drastically reduced.
