
Incoming Barcelona player Oriol Romeu has revealed that he’s happy to join the club.
The 31-year-old midfielder is a short-term replacement for the departed skipper Sergio Busquets.
Romeu joins Barca from Girona, and he’s to be signed for a fee of around €5m to €10m.
Relevo caught up with Romeu at a hospital in Barcelona were he arrived to run his medical ahead of a transfer to Barca.
A happy and smiling Romeu was asked about the potential move, to which he said: “Yes, I’m happy [to sign for Barca].”

Romeu was dressed in a black t-shirt and shorts, and walked around the hospital all smiles as he greeted the staff and journalists in the area.
When asked if he has spoken to Xavi, Romeu said “No”.
