Real Madrid have been far from their usual best in the La Liga this season.

Away from home, the Los Blancos put in a poor showing on Tuesday evening, as they got beat 4-2 by mid-table Girona.

Taty Castellanos scored all four goals for the hosts – two in the first half and two in the second period, as they shocked the reigning La Liga holders.

Real Madrid ended up losing the tie 4-2, and could find themselves 14 points behind Barcelona, if the Blaugrana win on Wednesday.

Immediately after the game, Real Madrid midfielder Gavi, reacted by taking a dig at their rivals.

Gavi posted a picture of himself laughing alongside some Barca players while boarding a plane.

Gavi accompanied the photo with two laughing emojis as well.
