Barcelona have been without some key players in recent months, due to injuries.

However, speaking ahead of the game with Atletico Madrid, Xavi has revealed that some of his key players are almost back, especially Ousmane Dembele who has been out since January.

“Dembele is one step away from coming back. We preferred not to call him up [against Atletico Madrid], but if his comeback is not on Wednesday, it will be next week,” Xavi has told the media.

“Christensen is almost at 100 per cent too.”

The squad has been lacking depth for some time now. So, it’s good to see the players back.
