Barcelona president Joan Laporta has said that the enemies of Barcelona are trying to damage the club’s reputation by all means.

Laporta insists the club has done nothing wrong, and will continue to fight for their reputation amid accusations coming from the Negreira case.

“They have nothing on us,” Laporta said when speaking at an event for Barcelona fan clubs.

“All they’re trying to do is to damage our image and reputation with a denigrating campaign.

“It’s very ugly what they are doing. The tactic never changes and it involves trying to squeeze us until we give in, but we won’t give in as we’re going to defend Barcelona to the last drop of our blood.”
