Barcelona have a number of players out on loan, but reports claim Ez Abde is one of Xavi’s favourites.

The 20-year-old is one of Barcelona’s loanee this summer, and was shipped out on loan to Osasuna.

According to a report by SPORT, Barcelona are closely monitoring Abde as one for the future and believe he has immense potential. Xavi is believed to be a huge admirer of the young forward.

The reports further claim that Xavi is said to be closely monitoring Abde’s progress on loan.

Osasuna boss Jagoba Arrasate and Xavi, tend to have a positive relationship and do exchange thoughts on Abde’s rise.

Abde who’s known for his electric pace starred in Osasuna’s 1-1 draw against Real Madrid, where he caused plenty of problems for Dani Carvajal.
