Sergio Busquets has been a key player for club and country for over a decade now, and the 34-year-old is in the twilight of his career.

Many reports claim this season may be Busquets last as a Barcelona player, and the World Cup in November may be his last tournament with Spain.

Speaking to a press conference, Busquets admitted that the rumours may or may not be true.

“I don’t know if I’ll play my last games with Spain in Qatar. We’ll see,” Sergio Busquets told a press conference when asked about his future.

“I don’t know what will happen at Barca either. Many people consider it a fact that I’m leaving. It’s not.

“I haven’t thought about it. I want to see how the season is going,” the Barcelona captain added.
