Confirmed: Barcelona players called on international duty

The international break is here again, and it’s the last one before the World Cup in November.

18 Barcelona players were called on international duty, with two of the players called up to the Spain U21 squad.

Goalkeepers: Marc-Andre ter Stegen (Germany), Arnau Tenas (Spain U-21)

Defenders: Ronald Araujo (Uruguay), Jules Kounde (France), Andreas Christensen (Denmark), Eric Garcia (Spain), Jordi Alba (Spain), Alex Balde (Spain U-21)

Midfielders: Sergio Busquets, Pedri and Gavi (Spain), Frenkie de Jong (Netherlands), Franck Kessie (Ivory Coast).

Forwards: Robert Lewandowski (Poland), Ousmane Dembele (France), Raphinha (Brazil), Ferran Torres (Spain), Memphis Depay (Netherlands).

Ansu Fati, Sergi Roberto, Hector Bellerín, Marcos Alonso, Gerard Pique, Inaki Pena and Pablo Torre have not been invited so they train with Xavi twice during the week, Diario AS reports.
