Bayern Munich and Barcelona started their Champions League campaign on a high note.

Bayern and Barcelona are expected to top the Champions League Group C, and both sides started with a win against Inter Milan and Viktoria Plzen respectively.

Interestingly, Bayern Munich legend Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has said he wish Barca would finish as third in the group.

“I didn’t predict it [Barcelona to finish 3rd in their Champions League group], I wished for it,” Bayern Munich legend and former official Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has told Diario AS.

“But Inter gave me worse feelings in the first game,” he added.
