Deadly trios have always been a thing with Barcelona.
Some time ago, the world couldn’t fathom the trio of Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto and Lionel Messi.
Not too long ago, we were blown away by the trio of Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.
And now, Robert Lewandowski, Ousmane Dembele and Raphinha are beginning to form a deadly trio.
The trio were dangerous in the 3-0 victory over Sevilla, with Lewandowski and Raphinha getting on the scoresheet.
Raphinha has started together with Lewandowski and Dembele in three out of Barcelona’s four matches so far this term, and they are now beginning to form a deadly combination.
The Brazilian who has so far played four games for Barca, contributing with a goal and an assist, has spoken highly of his attacking teammates.
In his post-match interview, Raphinha was asked whether it was easy playing with Robert Lewandowski and Ousmane Dembele.
The Brazilian responded: “Yes. Before, I used to watch them on TV. Now I play here with them, and I can see their great quality.”
