Barcelona continued their fine start to the season with a 3-0 victory over Sevilla at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.
It was a masterclass performance from start to finish.
Raphinha opened the scoring in the 21st minute, and the goal came against the run of play. Ousmane Dembele found Lewandowski, whose chip was cleared off the line, only for Raphinha to head home the rebound.
15 minutes later Lewandowski got his goal with a fine assist from summer signing Jules Kounde. Kounde picked out Lewandowski with a beautiful ball over the top, and the Polish striker fired a stunning volley into the net.
Barca wrapped up the game five minutes after the restart.
Dembele sent a cross into the box from a short corner, and Kounde’s header turned into an assist for Eric Garcia, who made no mistake from close distance.
Barcelona would continue to create more chances, but it wasn’t to be.
Barcelona are 2nd in the league after 4 round of La Liga matches, with 10 points.
