Barcelona are keen on signing Manchester City star Bernardo Silva.

Silva has been a top player for City over the years, and played a huge role in winning them the Premier League last season.

According to The Athletic, Barcelona are yet to submit an official bid for Silva but City officials are bracing themselves for a bid from Barca at some point in the near future.

Silva joined City from Monaco in 2017 for £45m, and reports claim he’d only be sold for a fee of £84m (€100m).

Bernardo Silva still has three years left on his contract with Man City, but he’s open to a move to Barcelona.

He has so far scored 48 goals and made 50 assists in 253 games across all competitions for Man City.

The 28-year-old was voted Manchester City Player of the Year for 2018-19 season.

According to reports, selling Frenkie de Jong this summer could help finance a deal for Bernardo Silva. But the club is yet to make headway in a deal for Bernardo Silva.
