According to reports by Cadena SER, Barcelona have activated yet another economic lever – which will be the club’s fourth this summer.

After Javier Tebas-led La Liga reportedly rejected Barca’s attempt to register the signed players, Joan Laporta has made this last-ditch effort in order to register the club’s new players.

This new lever will see Barcelona earn €100m in exchange for 24.5% of Barca Studios.

More importantly, the new lever will enable the club to register all their new signings.

With high earners like Gerard Pique and Sergio Busquets having agreed to take a pay cut, this would permit the club register all its signings.

Also, Mundo Deportivo, has revealed that Barcelona are close to reaching an agreement with Ukrainian cryptocurrency company WhiteBIT for them to become the club’s new sleeve sponsor.

WhiteBIT’s would appear on the sleeve of the shirts and possibly on the back of the shirt.

The club is expected to rake in earnings of €20m per year from the sponsorship deal.

Good news for Barcelona FC.
