Barcelona have announced that the third economic lever has been activated, which will raise an additional €100m for the club.
To raise funds for transfer, Barcelona have sold off parts of their future TV rights to Sixth Street.
The current deal now means that the total money raised from the sale of TV rights amount to €500m euros this summer, which has seen the Clun splash money on summer signings like Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski and Jules Kounde.
Barcelona president Joan Laporta has confirmed the third economic lever of €100m.
“A third economic lever? We have a deal to sell 25% of Barça Studios for €100m, it should happen,” Laporta said during Jules Kounde’s press conference.
This new lever is expected to allow the club to register their players.
