Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has named his Barcelona squad for the team’s pre-season tour of the US.
New signings Raphinha, Franck Kessie and Andreas Christensen are part of the squad along with youngsters Pablo Torre, Arnau Tenas, Alejandro Balde, and Marc Casado.
Meanwhile, Neto, Samuel Umtiti, Riqui Puig, Martin Braithwaite and Oscar Mingueza will not make the trip and it’s obvious they are not in Xavi’s plans.

Barcelona’s first game of the trip is against Inter Miami on Tuesday, July 19 at the DRV PNK Stadium.
The biggest talking point about the squad list is the inclusion of Frenkie de Jong.
Barcelona and Manchester United have agreed a fee for the Netherlands international, but he isn’t interested in a move to Manchester United.
Reports claim Barcelona are pushing hard for De Jong to leave because his sale is now considered necessary in order to comply with financial fair play rules and allow them to register their new signings.
Barcelona president Joan Laporta has now come out to say that the club aren’t obliged to sell Frenkie de Jong.
“It is not true that the club is obliged to sell Frenkie,” the president explained on Friday during the presentation of Barca’s latest signing, Leeds United and Brazil winger Raphinha.
“We are at the presentation of a player who will make history at Barca. Xavi will be the one who decides whether he goes on tour, but I understand that he will.”
