Paris Saint-Germain winger Angel di Maria is set to be a free agent at the end of the June.
The Argentina international has been strongly linked with a move to Juventus, before Barcelona came into the picture.
Di Maria is believed to have agreed terms verbally with Juventus, but seemed interested in transfer to Barcelona, when the Blaugrana came into the picture.
Recent reports now claim that Angel Di Maria has decided to join Juventus after he grew tired of waiting for Barcelona to make their move.
La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Di Maria has grown tired of waiting for Barcelona and has informed Juventus that he is ready to sign a deal.
The Italian giants are said to have issued an ultimatum to Di Maria, in order to hurry up a decision, and threatened to end their interest in the 34-year-old.
Di Maria is set to sign a contract with Juve – which has been reported to be a one-year deal with a net salary of £6million.
Meanwhile, Angel di Maria had recently admitted that he is open to a move to the Nou Camp, even though he had donned the shirt of Barca’s biggest rival, Real Madrid.
Di Maria told ESPN Argentina: “Juventus are the biggest club in Italy, they are one of the teams that are interested in me.
“Right now, I’m thinking, but I’m focusing on holidays and family. FC Barcelona, a possible destination? Barca, yes, it’s one of the best clubs in the world too.”
