Five years after his departure from the club, Dani Alves made a surprise return to the Camp Nou as a free agent last year.
Alves, who’s now 39, was quite involved last season, as he racked up 16 appearances across all competitions – including 13 starts in the La Liga as Barca reignited their season to an eventual 2nd-placed finish in the Spanish top-flight.
Reports now have it that Alves will leave the club again as a free agent this summer.
According to Javier Miguel of Spanish outlet Diario AS, Dani Alves will leave as a free agent this summer.
Meanwhile, Diario Sport has claimed that Barcelona have put centre-back Clement Lenglet up for sale this summer, despite a fine start to his Barcelona career.
